Offline chat for unattended
Hello, Have you considered implementing some sort of instant messaging capability so that the specialist would be able to send chat messages to an Unattended Access client such as 'remote session will begin in X number of minutes to address XYZ support request' so that there is less of a chance of accidentally interrupting the client and any work they may be doing?
Love this idea.
To get a bit more clarity on your requests, do you want:
a) a web interface; or
b) a chat interface in the Customer software that works while you're not in a remote support session?

I have an additional suggestion for this one. Some of my clients still automatically will text me when they have an issue, BEFORE using the Remote Support software. I would like them to have the ability to open a chat window with me, using Instant Housecall, without me remote controlling their machine. I would prefer if they could discuss the problem with me initially before I remote control their machine (as some seem to prefer) all consolidated within Instant Housecall.
