Do not steal focus when customer initiates chat

When the user sends a chat message, do not steal focus. It is annoying, a flashing chat windows is plenty.

        I would like this to be implemented ONLY on the specialist side. I like that my customers are forced to view the window when I have information to tell them. I do not believe a flashing window for the client is enough motivation for them to click on it.

        I would very much like to see this fixed in the Win32 app. I run windows 8.1 on my main workstation but will not use the windows 8 app as they limit multi-tasking.

        Thanks for reaching out! This applies to the Win32 app. It is not an issue in the Windows 8 app. If you are running Windows 8.1, I suggest downloading the Instant Housecall app from the Windows Store.

        I've added this request in the Win32 app as a feature improvement. Kindly vote for the idea or comment here if you, too, would like to see this change.
