Auto decline after timeout
At times, a client will start a session when I'm either not home or so late I've gone to bed. I've also had reconnects occur when I'm in bed too from work I was doing before. Usually the result of combofix. Can we make it so that after x minutes it disconnects with a prompt on both sides?
Good thought, added it to the list…
If you sign out when you’re not available, it will prompt your customers to “Leave a message” for you. Would that do the trick in the meantime?

I will also throw a backing to some form of "auto decline" / "timeout" feature.
We rarely sign out of IH, as a practice, allowing other techs to take Housecall sessions on our workstations. However, it does happen fairly often that customers will submit connection requests while all Techs are busy/unavailable, or during off-business hours. Those requests then "hang" out there. It would be nice if an unanswered connection request could disconnect with a nice polite "Decline message".
Yes, a timeout feature would be great!

Sort of, just I don't always remember to sign it out. I think it would be ideal for the idea to be there just as a backup so it doesn't just sit there forever.
